Not only are the contestants getting bigger each season, in my opinion the "stunts" are getting more and more dangerous to the contestants, and those at home watching for exercise and nutrition advice. There should be a continuous disclaimer on the screen: "The exercisers are under constant medical supervision. Do not do these exercises at this intensity unless you to are under the immediate supervision of an advanced medical support team."
Having the contestants do a one mile race at the start of Season 8 wasn't enough, now 22.6 miles(shared) of cycling after being sedentary and de-conditioned due to morbidly obesity. The producers just keep pushing the envelope, and eventually someone is going to pay with their life. It may not be a contestant but possibly some viewer at home that thinks it is okay to hop on the exercise cycle and for their very first workout ride as hard as they can for 11.3 miles. This show needs to think about placing some responsibility ahead of ratings., http://jewelpokies.com.au our website, fqtjse,
