Hi, I am new to the five fingers world and to regularly exercising at all. I am about 40 lbs overwieght and am trying to starting a regular exercise program. I have been going to a circuit training class and have been having serious foot pain. I have 3 different pairs of sneakers and have found that the wider shoe hurts the least. My trainer wears the VFF and I have seen several other people at my gym wearing them. I am wondering if they are a good idea for me as a novice? I used to run around everywhere as a kid barefoot and love the feeling but we live in a very rocky place now and I can't do it anymore. I have heard the VFF will strengthen my feet and help with what I beleive are falling arches. Eventually I would like to start trail running...it seems to give me the most joy and motivation to continue excerising but I am not quite ready to do it intensely yet. So with all that any advice I can get from more experienced runners and VFF wearers would be appreciated. Thanks., http://www.sbwire.com/press-releases/primal-stress-teaches-how-to-use-stress-to-your-advantage-192391.htm primal stress review, hlkx,
